Hi everyone! For my final post, I would like to share how I use essential oils in my own home.
I start my mornings by running my diffuser with citrus oils to get me energized for the day – I like to add in a drop or two of Envision or Joy sometimes too.
I use oils to support my little’s tummy troubles (and mine!). I rub TummyGize on their bellies, or DiGize on my own after I’ve eaten too much fast food.
As an afternoon pick-me-up, I will apply Peppermint topically to my temples, diffuse it while I get some work done, or put a drop Peppermint or Lemon in my water glass.
We apply PanAway or Cool Azul to our muscles after a work-out.
Before going out at night, when I know I will be talking to a lot of people, I will rub Valor on my wrists or use it on my diffuser necklace. Valor keeps me relaxed and inspires confidence.
In the evenings at home, I diffuse Lavender or Gentle Baby, to calm my kiddos down and get them ready for bed.
We roll immunity support rollers on our feet and spines every night before bed. These rollers are a combo of Thieves, Frankincense, Oregano, and Lemon.
The best part about us switching to more natural options, is that there’s no more late-night drug store runs – instead, I run down to my kitchen and dig into my oils. Supporting my family’s wellness naturally is something that I can feel 100% confident about, and I will never regret making this change.
