I figured with all of these healthy resolutions I might as well show you guys one of my favorite meals that takes little to no effort to make. Being such a big avocado nut and growing up absolutely loving tuna, the first time I saw this on pinterest I knew I’d be hooked. The best part? You can switch this up to fit whatever sounds best to you. Tomatoes sound good? Add ‘em in. Bell peppers? Go for it. For this post, I decided to keep it simple.
What you need:
1-2 cans of tuna
I could go through a 3 step recipe process but it’s pretty simple. Mix together the ingredients of your choosing (in my case tuna, sriracha, mayo and a bit of lime juice) and scoop as many dollops as you’d like onto the avocados. I like to top mine with more (yes, much more) sriracha and some chia seeds. Enjoy!
